Independent government agency that provides regulatory oversight and determines the procedural guidance of the annual Combined Federal Campaign.
Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC)
Federal leaders who serve as a “Board of Directors” for the local campaign. The LFCC ensures that the campaign conforms to all regulations and policies of OPM.
Campaign Chair and Chair’s Planning Team
The Campaign Chair and Planning Team organize, lead and administer the campaign.
Federal Agency Heads and Agency Project Officers
The head of each Federal agency appoints an Agency Project Officer who organizes the campaign within the agency.
The agency Keyperson distributes campaign pledge cards and asks for support and contributions from agency personnel.

Additionally, the LFCC selects a not-for-profit organization that supports the campaign volunteers, prepares campaign materials, and serves as fiscal agent in distributing contributions to recipient charities.
